I am using the Unity runtime with a basic animation that looks fine in the Spine editor but gets skewed when running in Unity. I've attached a short video that shows the problem... video shows animation in Spine, then in a sample game running in unity

That is an odd bug. Looks like the UV coordinates are getting updated but not the size of the quad.
Are you using the TK2D version of the Spine runtime?

Not really. Just trying to narrow down where the bug might be.
I have a setup that's kinda similar to yours. It hasn't been giving me the same problem, but I'm using the basic Spine-unity runtime.
