Hello!
If I buy exported Spine animation, for example from Unity asset store, can I use it in my projects, without buying Spine?

You can use images and video, but if you want to use the skeletal animation data then you'll need the spine-unity runtime. To distribute apps which contain the spine-unity runtime you need a Spine license (Spine Essential, Professional, or Enterprise).

Thanks for the answer!
But indeed I want to use animation data with PixiJS engine, not with Unity (just use Unity store to buy assets). What in this case?

PixiJS's pixi-spine library uses the official spine-ts runtime, so you will still need a Spine license to distribute PixiJS games that use pixi-spine. You could get around this by not using any official runtime, eg if you wrote your own, but the official runtime is well supported and kept up to date with the latest features. If you make less thank $500k USD per year, Spine Essential ($69) is sufficient to distribute apps containing the Spine Runtimes.
