I'm currently working on a game where we're using placeholder graphics for animation while the style and polish of the game evolves. The problem comes in when we have to update to a new set of image assets. When I update the parts that require meshes, I adjust the current mesh to fit the new image as much as possible. Usually all that would be needed is to take all the points on the mesh and scale them to fit the new image asset.
Unfortunately, at the moment, the only way to manipulate the points of a mesh in the Edit Mesh section of the program, is to move points around.
Would it be possible to bring the tools for mesh manipulation that you usually have in Setup mode (scale, rotate, maybe even skew) through to the Edit Mesh part of the program? It would cut down on a lot of frustration (especially when I forget that I have to manually do white-space stripping on meshed images before meshing them)
