We're wanting to add a "Big Head" modifier to our Unity game. So I'm trying to figure out how I could scale just the "head" slot image on my player skeleton to be 2x as big as normal.

At the moment all I seem to have access to is the bone itself, which I can scale, but that has no visual affect on the bone's slot image.

What could I do to accomplish this?

You can scale just the bone. Just like in the editor, if you scale the bone up, it should also scale the images under it.
If your code that's scaling the bone doesn't work, it's possible that your animation is overwriting your scale values because you have scale keys, so you have to apply the scale after the animation is applied.
Or you have the wrong bone.

Thanks for the response.

Turns out that I needed to add an override to my head bone and then adjust the bone scale on that gameobject!
Thank you!

You can do that too. But if it's just one bone, it may be unnecessarily overkill. Just manipulating the bone directly is lighter on the calculation.
