Hi ES,

I came here to ask about the Equipman asset package again, but now i see that i am not the only one. Obviously there are developers that need these packages pretty urgently too.

My team has been working on a pretty big project that requires heavy skin changing, and since this is our first this type of project (2D spine and unity) we have been waiting for 3 months, leaving that part for after we see how it should be done best so we don't screw something up.

Can we at least have one forum post or tutorial that explains the best way to do what Equipman does?

In my opinion it is not fair to treat customers like this, especially considering we are students that raised money on our own to buy this expensive software.
Don't get me wrong, i love everything about Spine pro, but we really need this. :D

I'm gettin there heh...

Equipman is basically done being animated now; still need to write some logic stuff before it's released an asset pack. Hitman and Gunman are updated to 3.x now and should be live again shortly.

As for Equipman features - it doesn't add new features to Spine and there's nothing it can do that you can't already do with Spine. The Unity framework additions and usability stuff are provided as a courtesy example.

Where is new version of Hitman? I still haven see it.

Hi Mitch,

I just got the Hitman and Gunman bought and downloaded on my PC trying making them running Under the new version of Unity? We need an update from Spine 3.4 at least but not only... the 5.4 release of Unity doesn't take care of the older project itself. There's no Project file recognized by Unity and a new Library folder is existing on this release of Unity.

So will you be abl to take us to the advantage of a new release of Hitman and Gunman working directy at download ?
I bought them to understand the Physics and Spine code used in C# to manage my projetc in C++ with Cocos2d-x, so...

Hello all!

I'm new to Spine, and I have purchased both The Hitman Asset Pack and Spine Essential, and was wondering if the tutorial video for the Hitman Asset Pack is available for viewing?

I really just need to know how to replace the Hitman and Boxman artwork (sprites?) with my own artwork.

I see that the characters are made of individual pieces, so in theory, I can either (A) replace the art in Spine and export the updated character back into Unity, (which I don't know how to update the art in Spine, or the proper settings for exporting into Unity) or I can (B) edit the characters atlas texture in something like Photoshop,Gimp or ProMotion. (seems easier to do, but making the new characters parts line up correctly seems like it would take alot of trial and error)

Just wondering if I was on the right track with my theories or if someone could be point me in the right direction.

The asset packs are generally meant for people who are going to modify them using Spine. The Unity integration is actually just a bonus :)

Anyone else bumped into the problem that the gunman asset bugs out with the newest spine unity runtime? (The weapons and hands are all over the place)
