If I would like recommend you something, try put more weight or higher constraint on the hair tops, to move them more on the right side : )

If you expand the description of the video you can navigate the various things that were done on the rig. I also recommend watching it at 2x speed :P

to all those who wanted, here are the project files.
Hit "1" on the keyboard to select the Head Controller bone. Now move it around :D
Also, check out the tutorial that Erikari posted here (and on youtube). she's an absolute pro :rock:

looks very cool, I don't even know how to do that, let alone expand on it. shrugs :S
