about gpu memory cost

Dear all,
I have a runtime question:

phase01:
one json file, one png

phase02:
more jsons, same png

does the phase02 will multiply the memory cost of the same png in gpu?
I mean more json files although use same png, but will multiply the png memory cost?

As long as your game engine and your program code is sane, the texture is only loaded once.
You can render the same skeleton hundreds of times and use the same texture, or many different skeletons that share the same texture.
