My English is not very good.
I purchased genuine.
The official version cannot display images (3.7.48).
The trial version can display pictures normally (3.7.48).
What should I do to display the picture?

Are your attachments meshes? Meshes are a feature in Spine Professional. Spine Essential isn't able to display them.
