Hello everyone,

I've tried reading http://it.esotericsoftware.com/spine-skins looking for some help with this, but "runtime" does not apply to me, meaning that I need to wrap animated sequences and there's actually nothing I will use runtime for.

1-It is a character wearing an armor and I need to apply slight modifications according to damage.
2-I'm relying on one image folder;

So basically I need as many skins as the planned variations (5), each one missing a specific piece of armor.

First thing's first, i've created a skin named "full armor" where all of the attachments are visible.
Secondly, I've created a new skin "damage_helmet" but I could only see skin placeholders with no attachments to them.
I've tried to manually dragging images to placeholders but they don't follow main skeleton setup and it all looks like one big mess...I'm pretty sure there must be an easier way to do this.

Please help?

P.S.

Also tried to duplicate a skin and hide attachments accordingly, but apparently that affects both skins (???)...Can't even see the point in duplicating it at all if there are extra mental adjustments to make before you can freely edit one or the other. Just literally a "mirror" copy...Not very user friendly, imho.

Sounds like you were hiding slots, not attachments in the duplicate skin.

It's quite hard to follow what you need, but it sounds like you want to duplicate a skin, then delete the attachments (not the skin placeholders) that you don't want in that skin.
