Hello djmisterjon, I'm not aware of user project to import motion tracking from character animator and we have no plans to support it ourselves at the moment. However, you should totally check out this user project who implemented motion tracking directly for Spine: Survey Participants for 2D motion capturing tool (scroll to the bottom for a link to the tool itself!)
