Steps:
1) create animation
2) in animation mode toggle off and toggle on "Show images"
in my case it've created keys on attachment (turned them of and didn't turn them back on)
3) Delete the keys - attachments will stay turned off even though there won't be any keys
4) you can fix it by manualy choosing and turning on all the attachments - keys won't appear though but attachments will stop disappearing

problems:
1)toggle button affect keys and attachments in animation mode(but once - turning toggle on didn't fix the problem)
2)deleting the keys created this way do not tunr attachments back

upd: on screen u can see filter on the timeline - its on attachment (turned it on to find the problem) problem was not about filter

I couldn't repeat it either (tried only 2 times) - keys haven't been created (maybe i'v been pushing some hotkeys like ctrl/shift/ctrl+shift/alt - didn't chek it, but could use it)
I forgot to metion that after step 3 (deleting keys) i saved the project 'cause thought it'll fix it - next day i found that attachment keep on dissapearing without any keys.

no, unfortunately I turned that filters to find keys on attachments and/or slot, i made it After i found a problem.
Also i've deleted the keys on previous day and saved it) there were keys on attachment (that turns off/on attachments).
I tried to show on screen that i found that on 57 frame slot keys turn red, cause attachment inside was turning off (even though there were no any keys on slot or attachment)

i think there is no bug with turning of attachments by pushing Show/Hide images.
Probably i was deactivating attachments in animation mode instead of setup by mistakes.

Then there's only 1 problem - attachment keys on timeline are hidden by deafult even if there is no filters.
To turn them on i have:
1)change Dopesheet to Graph
2) pusha ctrl+A and click
3) turn on (pic3)

actually my problem is about attachment keys are turned off by default.
and if i turn them on, save the project, close spine and then open spine next day - keys are hidden again.

each time I open any project - display of attachment keys is off. I have to turn them on manually each time i start the spine.
that's what caused me to missunderstanding the bug first - i couldn't see attachment keys, because i missed the moment when i've created them and they turned off after Spine restart or re-opening the project

If this is true, it could be a bug. If I try with the project you provide us, all the keys appear when I turn off the Sync button, so I was not able to reproduce the problem. Could you please show us a screen-recording video for this?[/quote]

i guess it's not a bug. so as i didn't use sync before, i could just make mistake as well as when i didn't know about

The Graph view automatically adjusts what it shows when there are too many timelines to display, so in your case there are too many RGBA(Slot color) timelines and the attachment display is disabled.
