Command line tool for automated tasks

Hi Nathan, Spine is such a great tool, I love it!

I've been creating more than a hundred characters with Spine by now.
It'd be super great to have a command line tool to automate exporting JSON files from .spine files, just like TexturePacker command line in LibGDX

However, if you put multiple skeletons in one project, you can export them all at once.
