Sure but it depends on what do you need of course, so please give me more info about your needings:

-Art style and level of polish you want (give us some references or just pick one from my video and tell me)
-Number of characters and number of animations that they have (and a brief description of each animation you need)

So, briefly explaining the goal:

To simplify, imagine recreating this:

So, there would be 2 characters:
The GOOD GUY can shoot in 360 degrees. Can jump, double jump, dash, and wall slide. The character only pulls gun when the player uses the right joystick (think twin stick shooter). The character has three guns: 1 is dual pistols, 1 is a shotgun, 1 is a rocket launcher. Again, you only see the gun when shooting, so the other animations aren't affected by what gun is selected.

There's a BAD GUY who's a limited version and different skin from the good guy. He can only run and shoot (he's always holding his gun out, however.)

Finally, there would be some art assets for the level, similar to this. Some buildings, billboards, a skyline, etc. I can give more direction on this, but imagine the link above, but in a more modern sense.

Art Style/Polish: A lot of the stuff in your reel is perfectly applicable.
