A couple of years ago, we purchased some pro licenses, but we later sold the domain name and have now realized that the licenses were registered under that domain. Is there any way to recover those licenses? I have one license installed and working, but I can’t find the email or documentation for the others. The only clue I have is the username visible on the loading screen. What should we do?
