I've been browsing the forum since yesterday to find a topic similar to mine, but I couldn't find any.
I really need your help on this, guys.
We're like, really stuck.
We can create customized characters now and that's cool because it is our key point, but if we can't export them we can't make the game. π
I'm going to try an export with atlases, with all the skins to check how big it is, but this isn't the best way to go for us.
I don't think our device target can support it.

We really like your idea about creating an atlas at runtime with only the needed elements.
How can we do that ?
