julia_grem In such cases, it is effective to export with uniform image sizes from the start, duplicate the mesh set on the outline image, replace it with the filled image path, and align both so they share the same vertex positions and weight settings.
To export with uniform image sizes from the start, use the [trim:mask] tag and layer masks:

Using this tag ensures that the boundaries of exported images are always based on the layer mask:


As long as the image sizes match, reusing meshes is straightforward:
Currently, linked meshes cannot be placed in separate slots, so if you add vertices or adjust positions after duplicating, you may need to duplicate again. However, if you only need to adjust weights, you can easily align the weights of two meshes using the Weld button.
