WebSite Bug on buying your product (Payment taken)

Yesterday we tried to purchase your product from you and got a error message saying (payment declined) although the payment wasn't declined and was taken from our account. But we never got any emails of licences of any information what so ever no recipt no nothing. I then tried to registered with the fourms to post the error, and also tried the support form and both failed to work. Then i found the email for esoteric software on a random fourm post and emailed you to no reply. Finally i thought what if it's a browser support issue. And today registered using internet explorer and everything worked fine. I guess you website doesn't work well with firefox. Due to my partner in the company having the same issue using FireFox. But it would be nice to actually get the licence that we have payed for and a recipt etc..

Hope this has alerted to you that there is a issue and that you can resolve our problem.

Sorry for the trouble with the license.

I've just send you the license link and we're working on fixing the problem with licenses not being sent automatically.

As soon as we have everything corrected you will receive a proper license email.

The timing of the server acting strange could not have come at a worse time! 🙁
