Hello I'm coming from Reddit since no one would help me. 🙁
I am sorry in advance if these questions are "N00bish" or this is the wrong place to post but I would appreciate the help and advice.
Hello, I need to save some time on my game and was wondering how exactly Spine 2D works and what the workflow is. My characters are fairly simple and sphere like. What I want to know is how would someone go about making animation like this? -
- "Watch the Angry Birds Stella Animation at the start of the video."
Sorry if this sounds a bit noob like, but I know you have to split up your character into separate body parts, but how would you change the facial expression and movement? Shown in the video above showcasing "Angry Birds Stella" you can see many movements going on, are all of those separate body part images animated in Spine 2D? Like the eyes and mouth? In short how is this done within the program?
Here's another question. In this example you can see a glow around the character's specific parts.

Is this done within Spine to achieve this?
How is the learning curve of this program for someone who has never animated or for someone who has dabbled a bit within animation? Spriter (From what the promo video they have.) said it's animator friendly, how friendly is Spine?
Lastly, for people who have used this program how fast can you animate your characters on average?
Thank you for your time.
