I'm trying to export to AVI or MOV but the resulting file shows no elements. I remember being able to pick which animation was being exported but I don't see that option in v3.6.47 which I'm running.

I hid all attachments from my Setup because the animations require each to slowly appear and I didn't want to hide them for every animation, does this have anything to do with the problem? by the way when I mark Bones to be shown the exported video finally shows the animation but I don't want to show bones in the video.

Now that the feature is not there how can I export individual animations in the same skeleton?

If you need to export vids you can still use the transparent square trick, where you have a png square covering the whole area, unselectable, so that you can keep your setup pose as it is but Spine knows the size. (I hope this will work in your case, I think it is a a problem of initial size that is being created from what Spine finds in setup pose)
