Hello, I can't launch Spine on Windows 10, when trying to open it there is no error. I have tried all troubleshooting tips that I could find online.

1. Tried launching as admin
2. Reinstalled the software with the newest installer downloaded
3. Followed the instructions on http://esotericsoftware.com/spine-troubleshooting
4. There is no spine.log created
5. Launching spine via cmd returns no error, nothing happens
6. Can ping esotericsoftware.com successfully
7. Can't find anything <user home folder>\Spine, no such folder
8. Tried launching with only 1 monitor connected
