Important information

• Advance registration is required for every session.
• After registration, we will email your admission QR code.
• To cancel, email contact@esotericsoftware.com from the address used for your registration.
• Photos and video may be recorded during the event for documentation purposes.
• Attendees registered for both parts must also leave the venue temporarily after Part 1 while the room is rearranged. Since there is not enough space outside the venue for everyone to wait, please wait outside the building or elsewhere until the doors open for Part 2.
• Because alcohol will be served during Part 2, anyone under 20 years old as of October 17, 2026 may not attend.
