I'm not sure what you mean. When I change the scale with auto key enabled, it doesn't affect any of the color keys. Maybe you could show a short video?

it must be used Bézier curve

and Other bones maybe be "Automatically added"~~ as well

Your English is fine, I just couldn't reproduce it since I had only a linear key on color. Nice image though!
