So... I ran into this today and it's the weirdest thing I've come across in Spine.

I hit play and it starts creating keys everywhere, even in fraction frames (like 19.4 frame) that I didn't know even existed.

I restarted Spine and it's behaving normal now, but I'd like to know if you have any idea of what can it be in case it happens again.

The video has some blackouts, but the effect can be clearly observed.

Thanks!

It's happening again :_(

Here you have a new video, it has no blackouts this time and the madness can be better appreciated.

Please, can someone offer a shoulder to cry on?

There, there...

Let's hope the nightmare will end soon... How strange though it's happening only in that rotation key section isn't it?

No it isn't. It happens randomly and I can't reproduce it right now, but it has happened on other bones, translation keys and even mesh deformations.

I can restart spine from time to time, that's not a problem, but I'd like to know what's happening and get rid of it if possible.

Thanks for your shoulder, btw 😉

Same on my side, self auto-key

Yeah... I have the same exact problem, happens with a frequency that pisses me off sometimes.
Just try to avoid zoom scrolling while previewing your animation.
Sometimes it autokeys when I accidentally scolls above the Translate/Scale/Rotation parameters box, other times when I just zoom in on my model while running the animation.

I was able to reproduce Linyel's case. Thanks for reporting!
Crazy Auto-Keying: Scroll over a text field during playback · #128 · EsotericSoftware/spine-editor

It's a cool way to add jitter to the animation though. :p
I wish we had an official way to do that.

I feel like if you had a mouse with a fancy mouse wheel like a Logitech MX Master, or some kind of software scroll smoothing, this would be a very common issue, cause all you'd have to do then is scroll and then pass your mouse over the text boxes.

Fixed in 3.5.08-beta. 🙂 Good find Pharan!

It wasn't my find. I just literally did what Linyel mentioned.

Oh, in that case, screw that plagiarist Pharan! All hail Linyel!

This must be what was happening to me! Great find guys!!!

Thank you very much for fixing this guys!
