Bone creation problem

Hi, I am new in Spine. I am facing problem with bone creation. I have seen the spine run tutorial in youtube. He has shown, first select parent bone, then drug a new bone, don't take out the mouse, and hold shift to choose the right image for that bone. I did by holding ctrl, but its not working. image is not becoming child of that bone and bone is not getting right rename. Please help me.

That video is old.

The current way is like this:
Loading Image
(1) Select a parent bone.
(2) Switch to the Create tool (hotkey N).
(3) Select the image(s) by doing the following:

Hold CTRL
click on the image you want to add under your new bone. (you can select more than one image)
Release CTRL
(4) Click and drag to create the new bone.

The create tool can also be used to select the parent bone, so step 1 and 2 can be interchanged.
