When updated my spine to v3.6.52, and the 3_6-2018-06-09 runtime, the Collider 2D has been GREY and could't be activated.

The BoundingBoxCollider component follows the boundingbox state in its slot.
If it's disabled in the skeleton, the component will be disabled too. It will be enabled whenever it's enabled in the skeleton whether from an animation or through code.

You can copy that component and paste as new if you want though, if you want to do anything else with it.
