Anyone else having this problem?

Ever since the update all my mesh animations (moving the meshes point by point) no longer work and can't be edited within the animation window. I can still move around the points and deform the mesh in setup, but it no longer works at all in the animator.

if anyone knows a work around to fix this, or is experiencing the same issue please let me know.

Thanks!

I can edit mesh vertices just fine in animate mode. Projects with mesh deform animations, like golbins-mesh also work fine. Maybe you have the play button pressed when trying to move vertices?

Nope, definitely don't and still trying to make it work. I opened up goblins-mesh to potentially help illustrate the problem. Moving the vertices does nothing but I can still key the mesh. When I do however, it comes out only as a ghosted image of what the frame would have been (for some reason it's treating it in reverse, and also treating it as though I never keyed?)

not sure if this image will help at all but worth a shot to show what's going on :[

edit: I should have mentioned before, but I have ghosting turned on for current frame only
edit2: further testing is showing that, within the animator view (and not animating) the ghosting is showing what will actually happen within the animation, but as you can see in that image in the animator view there is actually no mesh deformation happening for me (hence why we see the current frame ghost at all on spots like the ears)

Ah, the head deforms just fine, the spear does not. We're working on it.

Thanks Nate 😃 Love the program and It's really nice to get help this fast directly from staff when there's a problem!

cheers!

Glad to help! Fixed in 3.5.20, available now.

that did it! Thanks so much for the quick fix 😃
