Yellow warning sign?
This yellow symbol appeared when i pressed the link mesh button.
when i then try moving to a different skin the mesh is all messed up.
Has anyone encountered this before?
Hi Shachar Tzin! That yellow icon is there to warn you: Skins - Spine User Guide: Skin bones
If a bone/attachment/constraint not in a skin is parented to a skin bone, the bone may only be active when the skin bone is active, causing a warning icon to display next to the bone name in the hierarchy.
The mesh will look messed up because suddenly the vertices that were bound to a bone have the bone missing, but just add the bone in the correct skin to restore it.
Thank you for your answer Erika !
yeah thanks Erika!
I've just seen the same thing and got worried, maybe a hover over tooltip or some way of seeing the warning description might help in the future?
Hi, @Earlybird.
On Github, there is an idea that adding a Problems view to see variety of errors, including warnings of skins:
https://github.com/EsotericSoftware/spine-editor/issues/592
If it is implemented, I think your concern will be solved, but what do you think?
