  • I'm encountering the same issue as the first post in the .51 beta currently.

    It only occurs if you use the lock in the dopesheet. I often select a few bones I'll edit, press the lock to lock the view and then start editing. But now I can't do that if I want to delete or copypaste something. If you remove the lock it all works again.

  • Hi,

    I am having an issue with exporting. I made a skeleton, exported it as a .gif and everything worked fine. Now when I duplicated the skeleton, and trying to export the new one, Spine gets stuck when opening the export dialog with the new skeleton. (I'm using 3.7.43-beta instead of stable, as it has much better export options.)

    Project file included as an attachment. (images not included, they are not needed to repro the hang)

    Steps to repro:
    1) open the the Spine file
    2) ctrl+e with 'sleep' skeleton on, export dialog opens properly
    3) ctrl+e with 'party' skeleton on, export dialog gets stuck (doesn't crash, just infinitely stuck)

  • Hey great, that works! I don't have that many images in my projects, but I export most of my animations as sprites to a separate folder which is right next to the .spine files, so I guess Spine keeps skanning those too. Anyway, I have 1800 exported sprite frames in the folder right now, so as according to tooltip 2000 is the limit, that explains it perfectly.

    Thank you!

  • Spine autoupdated to 3.6.48 for me and now I suddenly got randomly missing images everywhere. Some of my spine files work and some don't. I haven't changed anything about the skeletons or the images and the images are all present on hard drive.

    Example picture: Two legs are missing, two are ok. Fangs are missing. Nothing about those images or this skeleton has changed for ages. The only difference between the working and non-working legs is the last letter (a,b vs c,d)...

    I tried reverting Spine version to the previous I was using from the settings menu, but the same thing keeps happening for some reason. I have 8 different .spine files and the save version doesn't seem to be a common theme either.

    3.6.43 -> 2 broken
    3.6.45 -> 1 working
    3.6.46 -> 1 working
    3.6.47 -> 3 working, 1 broken

    Any ideas?

  • Great, that fixed it! Huge thank you!

    I wish everything I use had this kind of customer support, I've been waiting for Adobe to do something about a bug report in Photoshop for 1.5 years. 😃

  • Hello,

    I just autoupdated from version 3.4.? to 3.5.31, and it seems it has some performance degradation. Undo seems to take a lot longer now. It's about 2 seconds in my project, whereas I've never paid any attention to how long it takes before (which is isn't really proof it's slower...). My project is kind of large with about 17 skeletons (with 10-20 bones each and some meshes here and there), I guess I could split that up into multiple projects if that's an issue, but I'd rather not if this can be fixed? Its quite a pain currently as it makes it much less friendly to use as you never kind of know what's happening and if the keypress worked or not.

    Is this something known or something that could be improved or will I just have to manage?

    Some other things I think I noticed. Changing between Animate and Setup modes now takes longer (about 2-3 seconds, not sure how it was before, but it too 'feels' slower) and exporting an animation sequence to png files also takes longer. These don't matter that much, but thought I should mention if it gave any clues. But as I don't have the old version to compare with I cannot be 100% sure if I'm right also.
